Monkey what? Ah that's where it's from...

All day today I have had the phrase 'monkey spunk moped' going around my brain, but could not work out where it was from. I knew it was something i had either seen or read many moons ago. Good old Wikipedia, they know:

And good old Viz, for creating a one off character which has somehow stayed in my brain for all this time. Trying to find some artwork from it, but I can't find any on the net. Anyone?
